Bill Daughtrey
President
Bill has served as President since the founding of Surgical Imaging Equipment Inc in January, 2006. He has been consulting customers for their surgical imaging needs since 1988. Starting as a sales rep with the largest OEC Medical System’s distributor in the United States and then transitioning to a National Account Manager for OEC Medical Systems. There he spent time consulting with the nations largest Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and the Government (Veterans Administration and Military). Bill has a well rounded approach to help customers make decisions that best serve the interests of their surgeons, administrators and operators for surgical fluoroscopic imaging devices and imaging tables.

David Baltzley
Vice President of Sales
Dave started his career with OEC in September 1984 as a Field Service Engineer. Dave transitioned into sales in 1996 as an account executive covering Central Pennsylvania, and soon became the Sales Manager for Surgical Imaging Systems. Current territory includes the norther tier of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia suburbs. Member of the NPI team for OEC, guiding new product implementation.

Megan Daniel
Distributor Administrator - Sales Coordinator
Megan started her career with GE OEC in 2006 working on the Strategic Accounts team. In her role as administrator for Surgical Imaging Equipment, she will be responsible for order processing, scheduling all deliveries, installs and training. Megan has an extensive background in working with customers to make sure their pre- and post-sale experience meet and surpass the customer’s expectations.

Kieth Bloom
Account Executive Northern New Jersey
Keith began his career in the US Navy in 1986, upon completion of his service he joined OEC Medical Systems in 1994 as a field service engineer. After 5 years of servicing GE OEC equipment in Northern NJ he transitioned to Sales Representative for Riley Associates in 1999. He has been servicing/selling GE OEC equipment

Alan Burkholder
Account Executive for Western Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia
Alan began his career with OEC in 1987 as a Field Service Engineer and progressed to the role of Regional Technical Specialist. In 1999 Alan was promoted to Director of Service for the Midwest service region and in 2005 became part of the OEC sales organization. Alan’s technical background and broad product knowledge allow him to provide in depth surgical imaging product consultations.

Jason Embrey
Account Executive for Maryland & Delaware
Jason began his sales career in early 1992. He entered the medical sales industry in early 2002, selling orthopedic total joint implants and trauma projects. He then moved into Sports Medicine, selling implants, instruments and endoscopic video systems. Jason started with GE OEC in April of 2006 and covers Maryland and Delaware.

Jill Embrey
Account Executive for Maryland & Delaware
Jill began her career in medical as a Senior Buyer at Medstar Union Memorial Hospital in 1991. She entered the medical sales industry in 1996 selling for the Surgical Division of Baxter Healthcare. In 1998, she transferred to Baxter Healthcare’s Medical Products and Service’s division (which became Cardinal Health in 1999) selling their US Distribution products and services in Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia. In 2003, Jill because the Region Sales Manager for the entire Chesapeake Region of Cardinal Health supporting customers in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. In 2005, Jill moved to the medical device sales industry selling vascular grafts, stent-grafts, patches and suture for the Surgical Vascular Division of W.L. Gore and Associates supporting customers in Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia. Jill started with OEC in September of 2016 and covers Maryland and Delaware.

Thom Willems
Account Executive for Philadelphia and South New Jersey
Since 1998, Thom has built relationships and become a go-to advisor throughout healthcare organizations of all sizes. His customer driven approach has yielded the highest levels of satisfaction before, during and after project completion. Thom’s passion – developing relationships, listening to his client’s needs and ultimately, the follow-through.

Brian Wolf
Account Executive for Southern Central Pennsylvania
Brian received his R.T.R in 1988 and then proceeded to work in a vascular suite for 4 years. He then transferred to Hershey Medical center where he was the O.R. tech for 10 years. After leaving Hershey he began his career as Clinical Imaging specialist with GE OEC Medical Systems. After 5 years as a clinical imaging specialist he was promoted to Navigation specialist. In 2005 he transitioned into sales consultant position. Brian has an extensive background in the surgery field to assist customers in making informed decision for the fluoroscopic imaging guided equipment.

Tommy Daughtrey
Account Executive for Maryland and Northern PA/Philadelphia suburbs
Tommy graduated from Florida State Univesity in May 2024 with a degree in Economics and begans his career in Tampa, Florida, selling electric vehicle charging stations. In August 2025, he relocated to northern Virginia to join Surgical Imaging Equipment, Inc. Since then, Tommy has completed extensive GE OEC product training and continues to expand his knowledge of surgical imaging systems to better serve healthcare professionals across the Mid-Atlantic region.
